Kimura L. Anderson

Clemens Construction Company

Kimura Anderson is the Director of Human Resources for Clemens Construction Company and has responsibilities for employee retention, employee benefits management, harassment prevention, diversity & inclusion, recruiting, & onboarding. Kimura comes from both a non-profit & legal background & joined Clemens as their Director of Human Resources in April 2022.

Kimura served as the Chairperson for WIC Week in 2023 and 2024, Board Secretary in 2024 and will now serve as our Chapter President.

Kimura has a passion for supporting women in the A/E/C industry & assisting with long-term career development. She has also expressed interest in many other aspects of the committee's that NAWIC offers as well as build solid working relationships with other women in the industry.

Abby Weinberg

Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance

Abby Weinberg is an Account Executive in Construction Services for Travelers Surety & has been in the surety industry for 9 years. Along with running for the Board of Directors for NAWIC, Abby also sits on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association - South Jersey Chapter.

Abby has been a NAWIC member since 2022.

Abby was nominated by one of our out-going Directors and had this to say about her, "Abby's enthusiasm for women in construction is conducive to her being a valuable addition to the chapter's Board. Abby is responsible & will honor her commitment to the Chapter & its members".

Anastasia Fleckser

American Global

Anastasia (“Annie”) Fleckser is President of American Global’s Pennsylvania operations, located outside Philadelphia. Annie is responsible for leading her experienced Berwyn-based team, while expanding the firm’s capabilities and presence across Pennsylvania and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining American Global, Annie served as Senior Vice President, Chubb Major Accounts, where she managed the strategic direction and growth of their Primary Construction portfolio. Prior to her role as SVP, she also held other leadership roles within the firm including construction industry practice leader. Annie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as an associate in the insurance and banking assurance practice.

EDUCATION: Annie is a graduate of Emory University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Accounting

Erica Salvetti

Profile

Erica is manager with over 8 years of experience in the construction and professional services industries. She specializes in providing accounting, assurance, and tax services for a variety of organizations related to the construction and professional services industries including, but not limited to general contractors, specialty contractors, and architects and engineers.

  • Financial reporting under GAAP
  • Financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Federal, state, and local tax compliance including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Individuals, and Trusts

Janice Brasher

Allan Myers

Janice Brasher is a Project Controls Specialist at Allan Myers. She is deeply committed to empowering women in and out of the construction industry. Showcasing the diverse career opportunities available to them to inspire and mentor young women to pursue fulfilling roles in the field. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with her family and her beloved dog, Sir Arthur of Brussels.

Jackie Erley

Belfor US

Jackie Erley built her career on hard work, teamwork and true passion for working with her hands. Before entering the restoration and construction industry, she spent 17 years as a Kitchen Manager with Applebee's, where she sharpened her leadership, problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced environment.

Today, Jackie brings that same drive to her role at BELFOR Property Restoration, supporting clients through everything from everyday repairs to large-scale emergency projects. Along the way, she has earned certifcations in water and fire restoration and builit a career she's proud of in construction.

Jackie is especially passionate about supporting women - helping them grow their construction skills, find their voice, and succeed in a field where hands-on talent and strong leadership matter. Outside of work, she's an active community volunteer, a regular at Habitat for Humanity build days, and if she is lucky-likely on golf course. She's proof that determination and a good swing can take you far, even if the ball or life doesn't always go where planned.

Mary Fisher

Steamfitters Local 420

Mary Fisher is a proud Tradeswoman who is a member of Steamfitters Local 420. Mary has been with her union for six years. During that time, she has been formally trained in multiple aspects of the steamfitter trade, as well as the building trade. Mary has a huge passion for supporting and mentoring other tradeswomen within the Philadelphia area.

Ali Keyser

Marcum LLP

Ali Keyser is a results-driven Certified Public Accountant with deep expertise in construction accounting, financial reporting, and assurance services. She currently serves as a Manager at McCarthy & Company/Marcum LLP in Blue Bell, PA, where she leads a team of 10 professionals overseeing audits, reviews, and compilations for construction contractors. Ali has been instrumental in developing engagement-tracking systems and client-facing data visualizations that improve transparency, financial analysis, and overall project management.

Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Rutgers University Business School, where she was also captain of the NCAA Division I Varsity Field Hockey team and a Fulbright Scholarship nominee. She has passed the CCIFP exam and is proficient in GAAP, IFRS, AICPA, and PCAOB standards, with advanced skills in Excel, Sage, and Power BI.

Known for her leadership, analytical insight, and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable guidance, Ali is dedicated to helping construction businesses strengthen financial performance and long-term growth.

Jennifer Kopsie is the Director of Safety for Lily Project Services. With an extensive & impressive background in construction safety, Jenn brings with her a unique view of the environmental, health & safety aspect of the work & wants to continue to grow our mission & message while keeping worker safety at the forefront.

Jenn has been a member of NAWIC since 2020.
