Kimura L. Anderson

Clemens Construction Company

Kimura Anderson is the Director of Human Resources for Clemens Construction Company and has responsibilities for employee retention, employee benefits management, harassment prevention, diversity & inclusion, recruiting, & onboarding. Kimura comes from both a non-profit & legal background & joined Clemens as their Director of Human Resources in April 2022.

Kimura served as the Chairperson for WIC Week in 2023 and 2024, Board Secretary in 2024 and will now serve as our Chapter President.

Kimura has a passion for supporting women in the A/E/C industry & assisting with long-term career development. She has also expressed interest in many other aspects of the committee's that NAWIC offers as well as build solid working relationships with other women in the industry.

Abby Weinberg

Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance

Abby Weinberg is an Account Executive Officer in Construction Services for Travelers Surety & has been in the surety industry over 10 years. Abby has been involved with NAWIC Chapter 145 since 2022, quickly becoming a Director then Vice President. 

Abby was nominated by one of our out-going Directors and had this to say about her, "Abby's enthusiasm for women in construction is conducive to her being a valuable addition to the chapter's Board. Abby is responsible & will honor her commitment to the Chapter & its members".

Anastasia Fleckser

American Global

Anastasia (“Annie”) Fleckser is President of American Global’s Pennsylvania operations. American Global is an Insurance and Surety Broker and Risk Advisor dedicated to the construction industry. Annie is responsible for leading our experienced PA-based teams in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh while expanding the firm’s capabilities and presence across Pennsylvania and throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining American Global, Annie served as Senior Vice President of Chubb Major Accounts, where she managed the strategic direction and growth of their Primary Construction portfolio. Prior to her role as SVP, she also held other leadership roles within the firm, including construction industry practice leader. Previously, Annie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as an associate in the insurance and banking assurance practice. Annie is a graduate of Emory University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting.

Erica Salvetti

Profile

Erica is manager with over 8 years of experience in the construction and professional services industries. She specializes in providing accounting, assurance, and tax services for a variety of organizations related to the construction and professional services industries including, but not limited to general contractors, specialty contractors, and architects and engineers.

  • Financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Federal, state, and local tax compliance including C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Individuals, and Trusts

Janice Brasher

Allan Myers

Janice Brasher is a Project Controls Specialist at Allan Myers. She is deeply committed to empowering women in and out of the construction industry. Showcasing the diverse career opportunities available to them to inspire and mentor young women to pursue fulfilling roles in the field. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with her family and her beloved dog, Sir Arthur of Brussels.

Jackie Erley

Whether navigating the aftermath of a major disaster or guiding routine repairs, Jackie Erley leads with technical grit, strategic leadership, and an unwavering passion for advocacy. As a certified water and fire restoration specialist at BELFOR Property Restoration, she brings calm and structure to her clients' most critical moments, backed by 17 years of management experience. Beyond emergency response, Jackie is a powerful force for industry change. She actively empowers women in construction to sharpen their technical expertise, amplify their voices, and build thriving, long-term careers.

Mary Fisher

Steamfitters Local 420

Mary Fisher is a proud Tradeswoman who is a member of Steamfitters Local 420. Mary has been with her union for seven years. During that time, she has been formally trained in multiple aspects of the steamfitter trade, as well as the building trade. Mary has a huge passion for supporting and mentoring other tradeswomen within the Philadelphia area. 

Mary has been an active member of NAWIC for several years and has hold a board of director position. Mary was also appointed to a committee with her union as well.

Ali Keyser

Marcum LLP

Ali Keyser is a results-driven Certified Public Accountant with deep expertise in construction accounting, financial reporting, and assurance services. She currently serves as a Manager at McCarthy & Company/Marcum LLP in Blue Bell, PA, where she leads a team of 10 professionals overseeing audits, reviews, and compilations for construction contractors. Ali has been instrumental in developing engagement-tracking systems and client-facing data visualizations that improve transparency, financial analysis, and overall project management.

Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Rutgers University Business School, where she was also captain of the NCAA Division I Varsity Field Hockey team and a Fulbright Scholarship nominee. She has passed the CCIFP exam and is proficient in GAAP, IFRS, AICPA, and PCAOB standards, with advanced skills in Excel, Sage, and Power BI.

Known for her leadership, analytical insight, and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable guidance, Ali is dedicated to helping construction businesses strengthen financial performance and long-term growth.

Jennifer Kopsie

Lily Project Services

Jenn Kopsie has been a member of the construction safety community for over a decade and currently serves as the Director of Safety for Lily Project Services, a sitework, excavation / trenching, and concrete company based in Chalfont, PA. She brings a wealth of health, safety, and risk management knowledge from experience in oil and gas, healthcare, higher education, general construction, and pharmaceutical construction. Jenn's proactive, relationship-building, and process-driven approach to worker safety has led to significant strides in both risk reduction and workplace culture improvement. She is passionate and heavily involved in addressing worker mental health in the construction industry and has led a variety of initiatives to bring awareness, resources, and solutions to this important topic. 
Jenn has been an active NAWIC Philadelphia member since 2020, including serving on the Board of Directors and spearheading a variety of events, programs, and committees. She is a vocal advocate for women in the industry, specifically focusing on women's safety in the workplace. Jenn is also an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council (MACSC) and serves as an Advisor to the Executive Committee. Jenn was recognized as a winner of "Top Women in Safety" by American Occupational Safety in 2021 and she received the "Leadership in Safety" award by MACSC in 2025.
